While all of us are in unfamiliar territory, SmartCover was engineered to handle the unknown, and our relentless commitment to your success is stronger than ever. The situation remains fluid and we’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 impact. One thing is certain, our role as public health protectors is more important than ever.
As part of our business continuity plan, we’ve taken specific steps, including:
Safeguarding Our Employees
The health and safety of our employees and our community is our top priority. Employees that are not involved in production have successfully transitioned to working remotely, including finance, engineering, marketing, sales and customer service teams. We have measures in place to protect our employees who continue to work from our office and production facility, including regular disinfection of surfaces, wearing face masks at all times, workspace with at least six feet perimeter, designated rest areas and staggered rest times to avoid group gatherings.
Maintaining Customer Support
To ensure your business continues to receive excellent stability and support, we’re committed to maintaining our world class customer service. We know that you’re relying on us to remotely monitor your critical wastewater infrastructure and support sewer operations both in the field and from your desktop. During this time our secure data servers are running and maintained as usual. Customer Service is available through all normal channels. With customer care support centers in California and Texas — you’ll reach a live person at (760) 291-1980 or email@example.com

Steady Supply Chain
Working closely with our partners we made sure we have supplies and inventory to maintain your business needs. As the situation evolves, know we are investing in our capabilities and equipment to respond in real-time to support you through this. When the COVID-19 pandemic became known, we aggressively moved to increase our inventories, and as a result we’re in a strong position. We’ve been minimally impacted by supply chain disruptions and are adjusting shipping procedures to meet delivery expectations. We request that you provide us with as much notice as possible to help us better manage delivery deadlines for all of our customers.
Resilience is nothing new to our industry — we’re in the business of monitoring the unseen. We’re committed to helping our customers and your communities through this difficult period as we continue to help you protect and monitor critical infrastructure. We’ll continue to monitor and adjust to the situation over the next several weeks and provide updates as necessary.
In the meantime, don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything. Stay healthy and safe — our hearts and well wishes go out to all. On behalf of the SmartCover team,
