The versatility of SmartCover is on display throughout the Canadian city of Kelowna – otherwise known as the “Napa of the North.” The City is using their system to monitor a network of creek diversion weirs to stay ahead of blockage and prevent flooding. Using a specialized sewer sensor, they are also using the same system to manage H2S levels and mitigate community complaints from the associated rotten egg smell.
